A Special Signing
When you just can’t see yourself saying those two most important words in a dreary old courthouse, our Special Signing Service is a great option. Our lakefront venue provides a romantic backdrop and caring staff that know how important this day is for you. In under 10 minutes you are official and on your way to live ‘happily ever after’. You may kiss if you wish. After the signing, enjoy the rest of the time taking photos on our gorgeous property to remember your special day.

The Mini-Mony
The Mini-Mony package is for you and up to 10 of your closest family and friends witnessing your intimate moment at our lakeside ceremony site. Our ceremony site has wooden hand-crafted benches for seating and picturesque views of Crescent Lake. This package is short and sweet, but has plenty of time for you to romantically exchange vows, rings and say your “I do’s”.

- Payment Due: Packages must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Refunds: All payments are strictly non-refundable.

- Site Tours: Tours of the venue are not provided prior to booking these packages.
Ceremony Details
- Marriage License: You must bring a valid marriage license for signing on the day of the ceremony.
- The Ceremony: All packages include a pre-written, non-denominational ceremony.
- Personal Vows: You are welcome and encouraged to bring your own written vows to share.
- Photography: Photographers are welcome with any package.
Logistics & Venue
- Arrival Time: Please plan for you and your guests to arrive a few minutes prior to the start time to ensure you get your full allotted time.
- Parking: Parking is available in our main lot. A parking map for you and your guests will be sent after signing.
- Weather Contingency: In the event of rain, the ceremony will be moved to either our lakefront lodge or our barn, at our discretion.
- Special Scheduling: Other appointment times may be available that are not shown on the calendar. Please contact us for any special requests.

Our 20 private acres include multiple lakefront ceremony sites, mature live oak canopy dripping with Spanish moss, a private dock over Crescent Lake, a beautifully landscaped lawn with natural shade, and a full venue backdrop whether you choose an outdoor or partially covered setup.
