Our affordable packages include your Wedding Coordinator, Catering, DJ, Cake, Décor, Bartender and more! Couples work closely with Tampa’s top wedding vendors Included in each package. We understand that every couple is unique, so our packages can be customized to fit your specific needs by taking out vendors that you do not need. This is your day and we will work together to create a customized package for your very special day.

The Classic Package
Our All Inclusive package with a 5 hour venue rental with your ceremony starting anytime after 4:30pm and includes the following

Additional Information
- Events Done Right is our exclusive DJ service.
- All DJ services must be booked through Events Done Right.
- Spunky Spirits is our exclusive bartending service.
- Your bartender must be booked through Spunky Spirits.
- We accept payments by cash, check, ACH, or credit/debit cards.
- All payments made by credit/debit cards will incur a 3% processing fee.
- Final guest count is due 30 days prior to the wedding date and adjustments to your package will be made at that time.
- Any upgraded vendor selections that incur additional charges are paid directly to that vendor.
- Alcohol may be purchased by renter through bartending service.
- Catering gratuity is included.
- Additional gratuity for banquet staff and other vendors is not required but greatly appreciated.
- If Bride/Groom are Active Military or Veterans, they will receive a $250 credit for additional upgrades on select Monday-Thursday dates.
- Holiday dates may incur additional charges.
- Vendors may also require additional fees outside of the package price.
- Holiday rates are solely charged by the vendor.
- There is a $250 facility fee if you choose to take catering out of your package and bring in your own.
- Subject to change after acceptance of the quote.
- An initial payment of $1500 must be made, and a Rental Agreement must be fully executed by renter and OMF to reserve your date.
- 2025 dates require an additional 20% initial payment within 90 days of contract signing.

This day was everything we hoped it’d be for our daughter and new son-in-law! The staff was beyond helpful and the venue it self was amazing. From the moment our daughter saw the barn (pre- renovation), she knew it was the place for them and the after renovation made it even better. Theresa, our wedding coordinator, was beyond helpful. Her professionalism, knowledge and ideas were spot on. Every vendor was great and so easy to work with.

We recently had our wedding at the barn at crescent lake & it went so well over my expectations! I’m a super organized, detail oriented person myself— so it was extremely refreshing to see that the coordinators and the staff were like this as well. The night went perfect, everything was on time (mostly with time to spare which was nice because it gave everyone a minute to hang out and breathe), the set up was stunning and i got to marry my best friend. Nothing short of an amazing experience here!…Thank you for everything! The barn will always hold a special place in our hearts.

The barn at crescent lake made our wedding day the absolute best! We had the best staff anyone could ask for! They took care of every little detail and made sure the day ran so smoothly. We were able to focus on our wedding and enjoying the special day while they magically made sure everything was done and taken care of in the background! Perfect Wedding Venue. This was the most amazing wedding a girl could ask for. Everyone kept saying don’t worry if something goes wrong or isn’t right, you’ll be the only one that knows. That wasn’t the case for my once in a lifetime wedding, everything went flawlessly. Theresa, the coordinator, played a huge role in this and took care of everything, and I mean everything. She was the best thing that could have happened to us for our big day. Everyone said that the barn was breathtaking and that they had such an amazing time. I can’t say anything but good things and we are so happy we chose The Barn at Crescent Lake.

if i could leave more than 5 stars, i seriously would. my husband and i got married here on 11/13/22 and we couldn’t have had a better experience! There is a groomsmen lodge above the barn where the men hang out and get ready and a separate bridal cabin across the grounds for the ladies. Justine was our wedding coordinator (and saving grace), she made magic happen for us! I will forever be reliving that day through our wedding photos. thank you again to everyone at The Barn.

The venue is stunning- the lakefront is gorgeous and the barn is perfect if you’re going for the rustic/shabby chic vibe! The package we chose was all inclusive so we didn’t have to worry about the details and it was extremely affordable for all that was included. Justine (our wedding planner) did an amazing job making our vision come to life. Hector (our day of coordinator) was awesome and made sure everything ran smoothly for our rehearsal and the day of. We celebrated our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding on 11-11-22. This review is for the venue and its staff only. They chose this venue in April 2021 when they got engaged. They chose it because of the atmosphere and location on the Lake. Justine worked with us regarding all the details to help make the wedding day a dream come true. She was always professional and responded to emails or calls in a timely manner. On the day of the wedding she and Hector were attentive and helped to make the ceremony and reception so memorable. I would definitely recommend The Barn at Crescent Lake.
