We know that you don’t do this every day; but, we do! So put your trust in us to guide you through our fun and easy planning process that will make your special day, the BEST DAY EVER!

It’s the big day and you are in your very own Bridal Cabin with your best ladies. You’ve used our Preferred Vendors list to pick your favorite vendors, worked closely with our Venue Coordinator to put all the details together, and put your trust in our dedicated team to make sure every detail is covered and THAT is very important to us.

Don’t worry about the mimosas, we’ve got that covered too! It’s time to relax and focus on your day. Bring your own beauty squad or use one of our favorites. Either way, you’re going to look stunning!

The Pine Lodge

Your fiance will also be relaxing in the Pine Lodge. This air-conditioned man cave is equipped with a flat-screen TV, complimentary soft drinks, bottled water, and snacks.

He will also have a basket of grooming tools & essentials just in case he forgets anything. Because you know... guys.

I Do

Your Ceremony

You will exchange vows in front of our private 20-acre lake set far away from main roads so you won’t have to worry about anything interrupting your special moment. The all-inclusive package you selected will include an officiant of your choosing, or bring your own.

We have a large selection of arches to choose from, or the crystal chandelier always looks gorgeous. Bouquets and Boutonnieres are also included in several colors and styles. Your Venue Coordinator is with you right up to the doors to make sure your train is out and you are picture-perfect!

Time For Cocktails

Your guests will head over to our lawn area for cocktail hour. The bartender that is included in your package knows exactly what your guests enjoy drinking. You can add appetizers so your guests have something to eat while playing lawn games under the bistro lights.

Your Day of Coordinator will make sure you get to enjoy those hors d'oeuvres you wanted. It’s the perfect time for you and your wedding party to finish photos across our breathtaking property.

Dinner & Dancing

The Barn is the centerpiece of every celebration. It’s Florida so our air-conditioned Barn will keep guests cool while still showing off that amazing lake view through the glass sliders. Together we’ve customized every detail with decor options built into your package.

We’ll make sure your timeline is followed. Empty dance floors are NOT our thing. You’ve worked with our DJ to plan fun games and a killer playlist. Of course, if you want something outside of the traditional wedding, that’s ok too! It’s your wedding, done your way.
